Welcome to the obligatory second post.  I’m writing here because I am having a particularly difficult time pulling myself into wakefulness.  Technically, I have been awake for going on four hours.  Physically, I do not feel awake at all.

I’m stumbling through a half-waking world of brightness and colors and a cacophony of sound. 

Recently, I became a beachbody coach (the links have been added to this site already).  I am a part of ‘That Team,’ a group of coaches.  We’re hosting a DC area bar-b-q.  If anyone reading this is in the DC area and is interested in getting fit, making money, or both, drop an email to yours truly.
