RONALD E. KING, JR. is the Chief Technology Manager and Applications Engineer at Paciulli, Simmons & Associates, LTD. He also serves as a Sr. Designer in their Leesburg office and as a website designer.
As the Chief Technology Manager, he is responsible for the short and long term technology plans for the entire company. He also provides support for all of the hardware and software in both offices.
As an Applications Engineer, he manages the entire firm’s design software, the hardware that supports it, and provides support for end-users. His responsibilities include: creating and maintaining the corporate design standards; deploying Autodesk’s Civil 3D product and third-party add-on software; and training all other employees in the use of the software.
Ronald is a Certified Civil 3D 2009 Professional with over a decade of civil engineering and land surveying experience.
He is not, however, a one-trick pony. Ronald enjoys web design and is capable with HTML, PHP, CSS, XML, Gimp GNU Image Manipulation software, and the Adobe Creative Suite. He is a published author and pursues a personal dream of becoming one of the great wordsmiths of his generation. Ronald is a beachbody coach, encouraging others toward healthier and more active lifestyles. He is also a business major. Last, but certainly not least, he is the father of one rambunctious boy and one persian cat with bladder issues.
